HD Video recording or WVGA?

Hopefully someone can clear this up for me. I was looking at the Best Buy spec sheet. Go here: Best Buy and click specifications.

It says that the video recording is WVGA (720 x 480)! I thought it was supposed to have 720p recording (1280 x 720). I'm hoping this is just another screw up by Best Buy. This spec sheet on AC says 720p recording. HTC Thunderbolt specs | Android Central

Apparently Best Buy does 0 fact checks before publishing, as we've found out about a dozen times in the past couple weeks (no offense to any BB employees).

My guess! My last job was at Office Depot and the guys that typed up are ads and sale signs got everything 100% dead wrong... as long as they could find info that looked like it fit they would post that in with out thinking about it.
