I picked up my Thunderbolt about 7 hours ago from Best Buy. It was working fine for the first hour, then my web, e-mail, etc., dropped. My texts were still working fine, as well incoming/outgoing calls. Rebooted it. Nothing different. Was on the line with Verizon for 1 hour. Finally did a hard reset, erased everything, back to factory defaults, and it has been working fine since.
Aside from the above, I love this phone! It's my first smart phone and first upgraded phone since I was eligible back in 2009 lol. I mainly upgraded due to the 8 megapixel camera, better web browsing capabilities than my LG Dare, and the threading text messaging. The 4G LTE speeds are just a bonus
