anyone have intermittent issues charging the phone?

It seems that my phone only wants to charge some of the time. It doesn't matter if I'm using the included thunderbolt charger, usb connected to a laptop, or my car charger. half of the time when I plug it in it charges fine, half the time it doesn't. And when it doesn't, the battery indicator doesn't change over to a charge icon. Software bug, hardware problem or setting?

Kept having issues regardless of the charger. went back to the store and it works great now. They swapped me to a different t bolt.
