I actually hate when I get headsets with my phones when I get them. To me its basically another wasted set of headsets. I generally just throw them in a junk drawer and then throw a bunch out a few years later. I think most people would have a high quality set already that they would prefer to use.

Headsets are usually the suck. I wouldn't sweat it.

Get some nice earbuds with a mic attachment.

Go on EBay or Amazon and get a headset for your phone. I'm using one right now, sounds great - carries a Mic and everything...and the best part of it is -- very cheap.

Look up woodies on Amazon. The sound is so detailed you can even hear the pianio pedals on solos!

I'm glad they didn't package cheap headsets. If they did then there would be threads about "why did the hone come with cheap headsets?"
