saving homescreen setup?

So I have always used ADW and it has the option to save your homescreen setup and configuration, My buddy who has an evo told me he has that option on his stock phone/sense, I looked around but can not find it on the TB?

Does it not have this option? If not is there anything that will do this other then installing ADW? I like using sense but would like to back everything up in case I need to restore for what ever reason, new ROM, factory reset yada yada....

I know this feature made it a lot easier on me when resetting or putting a rom on my X

MyBackup Pro. It lets you backup applications, contacts, call log, bookmarks, SMS, MMS, system settings, home screen, alarms, dictionary, calendar and music playlist.

HTC sense lets you save "scenes" but that is it. If you factory reset the phone they go bye bye.
You need to use Mybackup or Titanium to back these files up (if rooted)
