Unsync Facebook Contacts?

I tried Settings>Accts and Sync Uncheck facebook and powered off the phone but they are still there

I just want the contacts that were in my phone before I transferred all of them to the TBolt

if u are using facebook for android you need to uncheck the setting in the app itself. If your using FB for HTC remove the fb and readd and dont snyc contacts.

see my post below in the "facebook differences" thread. I had to uninstall the fb for android, deselect the auto sync feature (in the accounts and sync page under settings), reinstall fb for android, then choose the don't sync contacts option, then turn the auto sync feature (in the accounts and sync page) back on. I think what is happening is as soon as you install fb for android it immediately begins syncing those contacts before you can tell it not to.

In Managed Apps I have Facebook and Facebook for HTC Sense/ Do I delete both of them ?
