Im new hear and heave a few questions

Hello Android central community. I just picked up a thunderbolt over the weekend after spending the last 2 years using BB storm 1/2. i really love the phone and how amazing it is. I also have a few questions i hope you can help me answer

• Any must have apps and games
• would u recommend getting a different launcher from the market
• how can i improve battery life, it was giving me a low battery waring after 3 hrs after it was fully charge
• anything a former bb user should know.

first off, the Android O/S will take care of your running apps. No need to have a task killer.
As for a launcher, I like Launcher Pro.
Must have apps? If you like podcasts, use Podtrapper. Barcode scanner for barcodes, Google Earth, Adobe Flash 10.2, Of course facebook and Twitter, Gmail, Home switcher if you use Launcher Pro, A Password keeper, I use Keeper. Locale if you want to have some of the functionality of the BB, Lots of weather apps out there, Tango or Fring for video calling, and of course Angry Birds.
