Displaying Full Names in Contacts

I have updated my contacts in Microsoft Outlook and when they are synced to my Thunderbolt the contacts are shortened to the first and last name of the contact only. Example "John Miller - Cactus Distributing Tucson" is shortened to "John Tucson" in my contact list. How do I change this to display the full name?

A long time ago I adopted the habit of putting every word in the First Name field. That also allows you to perform a search on every word, where normally a search doesn't work on "middle name".
