calling to automated menu

hi all, just got my TB yesterday( and new on the forum as well).
called today to Apple store, as usual getting through automated respond menu - if you need store hours, press 1 e.t.c.., you know. press 1, see it on display, hear the beep and ...nothing. few sec later automated menu audio comes up again - press 1 e.tc.. all options similarly does not work. anyone expirienced anything like that ? help much appreciated

I have used the TB on many automated systems and have not run into that issue yet. I can say however, that I have run into that issue with other touchscreen phones.

Maybe Mr. Jobs is blocking all usage from Android systems.
