When I'm on a webpage in the stock sense web browser, if I scroll up or down slowly enough it will just ignore that I'm scrolling at all.

I've been dealing with this problem since day one. All my rooting and ROMing has never fixed the problem, I just assumed it was how sense worked.
compaired with my droid1 it also just seems like in general the responsiveness of the touch screen when scrolling is very awkward... almost like it's waiting for 3 "touch points" then averaging them together, then takes 3 more measurements then averages those, and tries to determine if I'm moving my finger. :-\
