4G in Las Vegas seems a little faster as well. But that could because not everyone is back online with 4G. I had to reboot my phone to get 4G back after being on WiFi.

My ping time are great now, down to 75 from 120. My speeds, however, are hardly beating coworkers ATT. I'm getting 5 Mb down and .5 up.

Columbus, OH isn't feeling real LTE love...:'(

I am getting 6MB down and .8MB up...this is no where near the best I have gotten...Anyone know what we should actually expect from LTE...I had 20MB up/down when I first got my TB...just saying...

Verizon has always stated that LTE users should expect anywhere from 5-12 down and 2-5 up

compared to my most recent speedtest results BEFORE lte went down:
18.34, 3.89
16.05,3.23

now my results are, in comparison, pretty bad
8.28, 1.35
13.89, 0.47

not saying these speeds aren't awesome by themselves---but compared to previous stats, they're blah.
maybe these new ones are what i should be expecting once the network gets saturated...still, infinitely better experience than my WiMax usage just 2 months ago.

Don't feel too bad... for me in Denver LTE has been hovering around 4-8 down and 2-4 up for a long time now (depending on where you are around town). When it first hit town I could get around 15-20 down and 5-6 up almost everywhere around town. I do believe there is some VZW tweaking (throttling) going on as they fine tune this motha. :) I mean, really, we can't have everyone on VZW pulling down 31Mbps, now can we!

Edit: I don't know about faster, but definitely better here around Denver. There is a Starbucks that I often visit about 3 miles from my house. Denver is very hilly so it it common to drive in and out of coverage in a short distance, depending on the hills. Anyway, at this Starbucks there are VZW antennas placed directly on top of a building next door. I always get a maximum (pegged) 3G signal here. Including right up until two days ago when 4G/3G went down. Well, today, VZW data is back up to the fullest, and... (symbol crash!) they now have stood-up 4G on top of the building across the street. Cool. I've said it before but I guess I'll say it again... this 4G rollout is speeding along. Every day it seems there is 4G in a new place. It won't be long before it's everywhere (almost). Sure makes me glad I didn't settle for a 3G phone.

My speeds are a lot slower now. Today I have been getting around 2-3 down and 1 up. I was constantly getting 15-25 down before the outage. If the speeds do not improve I am going to complain until they let me out of my contract as I am only getting 3g speeds on LTE atm.
