TTY Notification Bar

Hi I have a quick question.

So everytime I plug in head phones, my notification bar shows a headphone icon and a TTY icon. When I unplug the headphones the headphone icon disappears, but the TTY icon stays. The only way to get rid of it is to reboot my phone, which is kind of annoying.

I have already tried turning off the TTY settings but no luck.

Does anyone know how to get rid of it? Or stop it from showing up at all?

I have the same exact question. Turning on TTY mode let me plug my Tbolt into my car's sound system and use the mic on the phone for phone calls.

See the TTY mode icon is annoying, but its great to have the mic work with the car's speakers.
