My Phone Isn't vibrating!!!!

Please help! I put my phone on vibrate and it won't vibrate (( Help me! I want to know what's the problem!

Welcome to Android Central! It's possible to turn vibrate off for specific features. Check Settings>Sound, and make sure "Vibrate when ringing" is checked, as well as "Vibrate on touch."

Had the same problem, turned off/on the phone fixed it for me.

Please help, My Samsung Keystone 3 isn't vibrating.

Can you help me with the steps on how i can put back the vibration?
Even though it is already on a vibrate mode it is still not working..
