Trouble finding files on LG G2

Where are photos and videos taken with the LG G2 camera stored? I can see them in the gallery and upload them from there to Google Drive but can't find them using either Astro File Manager or Windows Explorer (when connected to laptop via USB).

They are in the dcim folder!

Most of them are not showing up in the DCIM folder, either in ASTRO or with Windows Explorer. I figured that's where they would be. Is there a setting I'm missing that's required to see everything? I have Show Hidden Files and Folders checked in Windows 7.

Added: OK, I've found the photos in DCIM, but no videos. The videos do show up under Videos in the stock file manager, but not in the DCIM folder.

I had to try it for myself. So, I recorded a video and was able to find it in my DCIM folder using Astro. The default name of the file would be the date and time. In my case, it was 0625142041.mp4.
