Note 3 - Lock Screen "Owner Info" Not working

I've noticed since yesterday my "Owner Info" Keeps turning on and off. Once minute it's there, next it's gone. Ive tried restarting and turning settings on/off nothing is working. It just keeps happening randomly. Anyone else having this issue?

I have the same problem. If I reboot it comes back, only to randomly disappear/reappear later. Frustrating...

I did a factory reset and lost everything just for it to happen again. Clearly it's not my device if other people are having the same issue. It has to be an OS problem

I have almost the same problem on a ZTE Valet Android 4.1.1. Owner info does not show when using a password or pin for lock screen. If I use a long press (no password or pin) the owner infor is displayed. I notice that the owner infor will show up for a second just after entering pin number, but not when using password.

I've noticed that if I restart the device, it comes back on (scrolls across) and stays on for a while. It'll then suddenly disappear (not sure what makes that happen). The restart seems to bring it back to normal...
