Volume Changes During Call

The volume on my Note 3 goes to maximum in the middle of a call. I lower the volume and within a few seconds it goes back to maximum. How do I keep this from happening? Thanks for any help!

I looks like your small up button is stuck into something which keeps it on pressing mode, i think you should clean up your phone because majorly it happens when phone gets dirty little cleaning up around the button using a small pin or wood toothpick would help you out !!
