When you open the GS4 forums there is a sticky where someone posted a link. It's the 4th post down.

It's an AT&T version, but for the most part it has everything you need for a Verizon user... I've tried to find a Verizon version, but they have not made it available online as far as I can find yet.

When you open the Galaxy S4 main forum (not the carrier specific forums) you'll see several Sticky threads before the usual discussion threads. The fourth one in the list is Samsung Galaxy S4 Full User Manual (PDF) Download.

If you are on Verizon, the Verizon manual is on page 2.

There is a specific manual for Verizon in that sticky.

in your phone app there is a HELP app that has the manual... the widget on my phone is a blue circle with a white question mark in it.
