Verizon Galaxy S4 wont turn on-Different battery logo appears

So my Verizon Galaxy S4 wont turn on. I have swaped batteries and it still wont go on.When I press the power button, the phone vibrates but doesnt go on. A Battery logo comes up but with a status circle in the middle that doesnt move... I have also tried a factory reset (Volume up, power and Home button) and i dont even get a vibrate... Is there anything else I can try/do to get this phone on and working? Or is it just dead?

The same thing happened to my phone yesterday. I took it in to Verizon and they have to send me a replacement phone. The phone is only 5 months old!

I don't know why it does it. Mine did it as well. I am still trying to find out what the root problem is. But try this (it worked for me) Turn the phone off. Then press volume down and now press power key. You will have a screen in green you want to press volume down again that will restart the phone and it should start the phone again. Sadly you will have to that everytime that you want to turn your phone on again.
