wifi connection is not working. please help

so when i turn my wifi on, all the available connection says "saved secured" and does not allow me to actually connect. this happens at work, at my house and at my moms house so its not the modem. the problem has to be the phone.

does anyone have any ideas what i should do? i reset all settings back to default settings and wanted to post this before i do a factory reset.
