When I click on a link and have the choice for this time only, or always. If I click on always it tells me to change defaults in application manager.
What exactly do I do?
I often have a choice of the stick r browser, or chrome. I want to only use chrome.

That's simply a reminder to tell you how to clear the defaults in case you no longer want that app to be the default any more. Dismiss that reminder.

If you click on ALWAYS it should stick to that option. What it's actually telling you afterwards is that, should you want to change that behavior, you should go into settings and Clear that default option.

For instance, if you set Chrome to open any links, and you want to change to Firefox, you'd have to go into the Application Manager, find Chrome, and select the CLEAR DEFAULTS option. That way the next time you open a link the system will ask you which app you want to use, either one time only, or always for that type of action.
