    Since the Lollipop update, I have not been able to log in to my email account on Microsoft Outlook Web Access through any web browser on my phone. I cannot use the app, because my office doesn't use Office 365. We just have an Exchange server. When I try to log in from my phone's web browser, it says, "The username or password you entered isn't correct." I can log in from any regular computer and I could log in when my phone was on KitKat. Is there any solution for this? I am expected to respond to work email frequently during the day, and I'm not always near a real computer. I really don't want to go back to KitKat, because I love everything else about Lollipop! Is there anyway to resolve this problem or can someone explain to me what is causing the problem in the first place?

    Have you tried using another browser like Google Chrome or FireFox?

    Yes, it is not working on any of the top Web browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Dolphin).

    Have you tried hooking your phone up to the exchange server through the email app?

    You may have to get with your IT department so they can authorize the phone to connect.

    But it was able to do it when I was on Kitkat, so it doesn’t seem like it's an IT issue. Something about changing from Kitkat to Lollipop created the problem.

    I believe they added more security to Lollipop.

    I've got one user experiencing the same thing since her S4 got the update. I've been searching for hours and you are the only other mention I've seen. She has tried the default browser as well as Chrome. She can log into OWA from her desktop but using the same username and password from her phone fails with the message of incorrect username or password.
    I'm at a loss of what to do here.

    I solved this for a user by clearing the cache in Chrome. I couldn't find where to do it for the built in browser but it worked for Chrome.
