On Lollipop, if I use Smart Lock to keep my phone unlocked, which is more efficient:
    - to have it sit on top of an NFC tag
    - to have it in range of my PC's Bluetooth
    ?

    Thanks,
    Eliezer

    Welcome to Android Central!

I would think either one would be efficient, they are both set to use low energy.

Right, I'm sure they both consume relatively low battery - my question is which uses less? I'm sure one of them uses less than the other; I just wasn't successful in Googling which one it was.

And just to clarify: when I mentioned "to have it sit on top of an NFC tag" - I mean have it physically sitting on top of the NFC tag all day.
