Hello:
I dropped my Galaxy S4 and broke the screen. After replacing the LCD panel, the speaker did not work. I replaced the lower charging board and the speaker. The speaker works now, but when I make a call, no one can hear me unless I put the phone in speakerphone mode. I can hear other callers just fine, but they can't hear me in normal calling mode. The phone has to be in speakerphone mode to get two-way audio.
- The headphone icon is not in the upper corner
- There has never been a bluetooth device paired with this phone and bluetooth is disabled
- The phone says it is up to date and I can't do an OTA update
- I have tried random small fixes like removing the battery, SIM, and SD Card and restarting the phone
Should I return the LCD panel that I purchased on Amazon and ask for a new one?
