Screen zoon on certain websites only

I go to a lot of different websites and of course they all have their own look. When I go to my local weather I need the screen at 100%. When I go to my forums I like to have the zoom at 200% so I can read the threads more easily. Keeping the zoom at 200% on the weather website screws up the format by hiding things behind other things because it's trying to fit it all on the screen.

Is there a way to designate that this website should be viewed at 100% and this other website should be viewed at 200%? This way I wouldn't have to switch back and forth all the time.
