I wanted to try out the Razr, so I went to the Magnificent Mile store in Chicago.
Razr #1 - Dead. I tried jiggling, then unplugging/replugging the power cable which caused it to almost start to life, but 1.5 seconds in it died again.
Razr #2 - In the middle of loading the demo program. Stuck at 2%. I walked around the store for a while and the progress never went up.
0 = number of salespeople who came to ask if I had any questions.
I guess it's a good thing I'm not a secret shopper for Verizon. Well, a good thing for the manager of Verizon's Michigan Avenue store in Chicago.
