Anyone know if you can return an online purchase to a corporate store under the worry free guarantee?

Tried getting an answer on the sales chat but the person could not understand my question. Kept feeding me the 14 day rule.

Yes you can take it to a corporate store, but not a retailer. They will try to tell you that you can't (we are sales people) but you can.
