Anymobile anytime - Plan for the south...

Anybody here from the southern US on the 450 any mobile (on any network) anytime minutes plan (with unlimited texts)? If yes, are your mobile minutes to other carriers being counted correctly? Big Red is charging me for all minutes for calls made to at&t and sprint, even thou on this plan they are not supposed to.....

Are they actually billing you ($$), or are they just logging your calls to other networks?

I am in AL and when I had it there was no charge for mobile-to-mobile, but the 450 minute plan wasn't $39.99, it was $64.99. That included unlimited texts also, but not data.
