With all of the money they bilk from customers they could make a website that works. Right away I get an error page saying that it's not compatible with my browser... CHROME! really? What is this 2007? Then I open it in Internet explorer and the form pull downs are all screwed up.
Seriously big red, invest in some competent web developers. WTF
