Good refurbishing manufacture?

We've been in what I call refurbish roulette (again) where we had a warranty exchange and got a factory refurb, which has a defect right out of the box, and now the second refurb replacement has gone bad in a month's time. This time it's a Droid Razr, but have had this happen with other brands when we were on Sprint. We just got Verizon to exchange the Razr for an S3, but will be a refurbished as well (we tried for a factory new exchange for anything, but no dice). I've got my fingers crossed that this one will work out well since we haven't had a Samsung phone before. Just in case, is there any manufacturer of Verizon phones known for having a good refurbishing program? I swear it sometimes seems as if some of these guys just polish the screen and ship it back out and I'm tired of getting someone else's problems.

I understand your frustrations. I had issues with HTC. Am using Samsung as well. I got the Note2 in January. Two months ago my contacts were disappearing. Removed battery. Also hard factory reset. Still an issue. I received a refurbished replacement and its been fine...knock on wood.
Your S3 should be fine:)

sent from my amazing Note2
