Upgrading from 3G to LTE

We have unlimited data.
The wife has a 3G DINC2. Wanting to buy a S3 on eBay.
How do I get a SIM card for the S3? Will it affect my unlimited data since I'm not really renewing contract?

You can call them, do it online or go to a corporate store, it should be free. If you go to a third party retailer, they may charge you.
