I was just looking at my Verizon account online and noticed that under my current plan's features I have "MOBILE HOT SPOT TRIGGER" listed. Anyone tell me what this means and why does it say "trigger"?

Thanks!

Not sure. If you're in a capped plan I wouldn't worry about it.

Sent from my T-Mobile Note 3 using AC Forums.

Usually it would be on a windows phone which may or may not be activated on your account. I use to see that on my son's HTC 8 and it provided him a way to turn on/off "Hot Spot" when he wanted to activate wifi for one reason or another. Again this may be on your account for some other reason though. I came off my account when my son moved his phone to his own account with his girl friend.
