60 mbps is the fastest I've seen. To bad it was on my walk home from work sort of close to me lol. Get around 0.5-5mbps near my home

What carrier, what city and how far away was the Ookla server you were testing with? (If you're testing with a server connected to your carrier's gateway by Ethernet, 60mbps isn't surprising at all. If the nearest server is 60 miles away, it's pretty fantastic for that time of day.) I get about what you normally get (about 5mbps tops) anywhere in town or at home on AT&T, testing on a server about 75 miles away - the nearest one.

Cool ? I got a max of 30-40 with t-mobile ?
Don't get me started on t-mobile.....still messing with the issues I have with em ....

Theoretically, tmobile can get 150mbps on 20+20mhz wideband lte, which is the same for verizon 20+20mhz xlte. In actuality, peak speeds should be around 140mbps

I'm just saying how useful is fast speeds if you can't use it ..

The thread title indicates fastest speed of any carrier. Discussion of where the carrier gets service isn't germane to this discussion.

I don't know what your talking about. I never had issues with my service with T-Mo and judging from your 30-40MB with T-mobile, neither was you

Not when you have no service ....

Most that have the service get service where we work and play. I personally don't travel to places where I had no service with them. The thread is more about speed though ... I get about 30-50 Mbps all around town. I get about 20 or so inside my work building (thick walls) but .. I can stream all day :).

That is your travels and your needs though -- We could argue loops around this all day .. Because not everyone's needs are yours and not everyone goes where you go .. so therefore you can't judge their experience on yours solely.

T-mobile is notoriously bad in rural areas so yeah speeds are fine if your in a decent sized city .

And even if they are known for it .. it doesn't mean it is true 100% of the time. Your travels don't equal my travels or equal Hawaii's travels. The reputation is there .. But just like Sprint and bad speeds .. Not every single person has bad speeds w/ Sprint.

You also forgot while on T-Mobile you can roam on At&t as part of their deal when the merger failed just like Sprint with Verizon
