Outage in Chicagoland

We had a little snow/freezing rain and now a temperature drop. I have 4G data but when I try to make a call using Advanced Calling or normal calling it fails. A phone reboot allows me to make one call at times but not always but it then messes up again.

In short, phone and texts don't send or receive but data works.

Edit: Dad said he has same issue so it's a definite problem.

I would give them a call just to be sure they know about it (I am sure they most likely do though) -- And you may get a credit .

They say there's low signal. I have -120 dBm on 1X and -100 on LTE. Advanced Calling seems to at least work so I'm good there.

120dbm means no signal on 1x,since you are connected to lte. 100 isn't terrible.

I usually so have it disabled but due to the weather freezing over the towers I can't make or receive calls unless using LTE calling.
