what did I decline when setting up voicemail?

Hi there,

When I reset my phone I got a case of fast fingers and during the voicemail setup I wound up clicking a button by accident that said DECLINE. I don't know what I declined, does anyone have any idea? It all seems to be working fine including my speech to text and displaying who's calling. I have the premium voicemail.
