How can I remove apps from Verizon since I no longer have an account with Verizon?

removing apps from verizon since i no longer have account with verizon

recently closed account with verizon and transferred phone to another carrier. Now the verizon cloud app keep coming up on screen asking me to sign in. I am unable to since i no longer have that account. How can i remove app?

Its a verizon phone and your phone needs to be rooted in order to get rid of all the verizon apps and such.

Follow directions for no root over adb. I think it is only good if you are on kit Kat.

Keep in mind though that you might not be able to get OTA if you start removing apps

I would suggest just disabling the app, it won't nag you once it's disabled.
