Galaxy Note 10 Deal: BOGO at Verizon!

    I switched over to Verizon from AT&T
    I actually unlocked my AT&T Note 9 to be used on Verizon since I switch I've had nothing but signal issues and drop calls so I called Verizon they were glad to replace the device sending my friend had total mobile protection on his account but even after receiving the Verizon device I'm still having issues every time I run a speed test it says card 1 instead of Verizon LTE it'll give me the Tower I'm connected to but it didn't say Verizon LTE

    So you have a Verizon model now whith same issue?

    Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that Verizon replaced your AT&T Note9 with a Verizon Note9 for free? That's astonishing -- I would've thought that Verizon would tell you it's not their problem, since you brought some other phone to their network.

    What's the exact model number of the current phone you have?

    What are you using to run the speed test? "Card 1" implies the phone is dual-SIM (which wouldn't quite make sense if it's a Verizon variant), unless the app you're using to test your speed automatically says Card 1, even for single-SIM phones.

    I've used the Okla speed test and open signal also I've noticed LTE band 4 will not give me xlte anymore for some reason when it used to even with the unlock AT&T device any recommendations or help with be Great thank you so much

    Can try in phone settings reset APN and network see how it works out ? You'll lose saved password for wifi with reset network.
    Edit : also try in safe mode if issue still persist.

    So is the phone dual-SIM? Remove the SIM tray and inspect it -- are there slots for two SIMs? See the image here: https://www.easyacc.com/media-center...im-or-microsd/

    Can try in phone settings reset APN and network see how it works out ? You'll lose saved password for wifi with reset network.
    Edit : also try in safe mode if issue still persist.
    I've tried everything from reset network settings airplane mode to factory data reset is there anyway I can edit the APN and the reason why I ask is because when I try to edit the APN it is greyed out the the phone is not a dual SIM phone at least I don't think so it is the US Verizon version
