Non-Mobile Browser

I just upgraded to CM7, and so far so good on all but 1 thing.

On Vegan, the browser would register as a desktop browser for most websites like Facebook that auto-detect. With CM7, the browser shows up as Android. Is there a setting or browser app that will allow me to show up to websites as a desktop instead of a smartphone?

In the browser go to settings and change the user agent to however you want it to appear to the website. I use Linux because it works well all around but I do change it from time to time. The only thing I have been unable to do is make my Google search results come up in classic instead of mobile.
