Can't boot into recovery image or reset.

For some reason, I can't get into the recovery image on my EVO v 4g phone. I've tried from both the Bootloader and from the computer command prompt. The phone just reboots. I even try to do a factory reset but the phone just reboots. I'm using Harmonia ROM and it boots correctly. I can make calls, surf, etc.. but it won't let me reset or get into recovery image so I could at least flash a new ROM. Have I, dare I say, bricked the phone? Thanks in advance.

use fastboot to reflash the recovery.img from bootloader, then use fastboot to boot the recovery.img
