my phone is stuck in boot loop

Hi im new to this phone and forum my phone is currently stuck in boot loop LG logo goes off and on I tried the recovery boot and no good also tried calling lg and straightalk no good answer they want me to return it and get new one but taking forever to send the package I think it can be fix btw nothing on my sd card either and my phone dont boot in recovery just loops off and on anyone any ideas be helpful

uh have you done the five second battery pull and put it back in to get to recovery? if you don't wait a bit to let it shut off completely it wont give you a chance to boot into recovery. also to get to recovery you press Home, volume down, and power and hold in case you were doing it wrong.
