phone keeps rebooting to recovery

I recently got the iPhone so I gave my optimus slider to my sister. Last night she told me the phone will only boot into recovery and she doesn't know what to do. She knows nothing of android or anything technical in that matter. So I installed a ROM because I figured she messed that up. Even after I installed the ROM the phone continued to boot into recovery mode. Any help?

I asked my sister everything she had done before and at first I made the assumption she did a factory reset and messed up because of the root but she said she didnt do that. She really didnt do anything. Restarted the phone and it ended up like this

I don't know a whole lot about all this flashing roms an stuff I've dolne plenty of my own phones tho it seems I recall that happenin to me before I think it was a root issue I maybe wrong but id try reinstallin a untouched factory rom bud again I'm a nobody but id try that it sure wudnt hurt I don't think anyone else care to input on it?
