So I'm getting ready to sell my Optimus V. I wanted it to be stock.

I already had AOSP's 2.3.4 CM7 mod on there. I erased my sdcard and then flashed the stock recovery.........BEFORE going back to stock first!

How can I fix this? I'm stuck at the recovery menu in the stock recovery...

I really have no idea, man. I guess because I didn't care because I have a new phone? I feel like a dumbass.

But I just got it to boot properly. PHEW!

as long as you have root, you should be able to flash a different recovery, then restore a nandroid of stock 2.2, then remove the recovery, and restore from inside the stock rom.

you could leave the root, I think. wouldnt hurt anybody.

This is exactly what I did. I also removed the root just for the fun of it.

I thought I flushed 120 bucks down the toilet. Wow.

Someone's paying you that much for an OV ?

clearly its how much he paid FOR it.

but its not uncommon to re sell it around that price. not around here anyways.

I did come up on a clean esn OV the other day for 30, had a soft brick. just fixed it and deciding what to do with it
