how do i tell where incoming calls are routed?

I have the google voice app on my phone for texts I was wondering I switched my number off on google voice for forwarding. How do I make certain that my incoming calls to my google voice number are routed via grooveip?

In your google voice settings you have to forward your calls to google chat. This option is at the bottom of the list, and if it's not, then you have to enable chat in gmail, and possibly make an outgoing call from chat as well.
