Could 4G be on a OV

I was wondering if 4G could be on the Virgin Mobile Lg Optimus V
Evan+escenc?
(srry if u can't read it it a fong I installed on my lg OV and it looks so cool and Evan+escenc? says Evanescence)

No. It couldn't. 4G needs certain radios that the Optimus doesn't have. Its nit a software limitation, its a hardware limitation.

Root browser isn't going to help much.

What you need to do is open the apk up in 7zip go to the res folder and go into one of the drawables folder (forgot which one) delete the 3g png and rename the 4g png to xx_xx_xx_4g. Xs being the words before the 4g. Do it to every 3g and 4g png you find in the apk.
