Not Sending or Receiving Texts

I've got a problem here. Ever since about 2 AM Sunday I haven't been able to send texts without hitting send then rebooting. But I cannot receive any texts. Yes I've tried rebooting a few times. I deleted all of my texts. Oh I also can't receive phone calls but I can send them out. Data works fine. I haven't called VM yet and I hope I don't have to. I am rooted with MiRaGe's latest 4/15 update.

Wipe and restore backup (or install latest MiRaGe and Gapps if no backup). If still having problems it's on VMs end.

Its Virgin's problem. Dang, I don't like talking to tech support people.

Well I've had the problem since Sunday and have had my phone turned off each night since but that didn't help. Earlier I tried calling my dad and once I did, some messages came in but stopped after that.

I had this problem I think 3 days ago. I can't receive messages for 8 hours so I just turned off my phone for 30 mins then reinserted my sim. After that all the messages popped out. loL!

Virgin Mobile uses a cdma network. No sim cards.
sim cards are used with gsm networks.
