Hello all, I just activated an Otimus V last night and still do not have any data or internet. I've called several times last night and today but they don't seem to know what they are doing. Last time I called, they had me clear the cache on the browser. Not sure what that will do, since I've never been on the internet with this phone.
Prior to this, I had an Intercept which also had no web/data service. Before that I had a Blackberry which did work, but I just didn't like the platform. I'm sorry I have swapped so many phones as it seems to have caught up with me since now I have nothing except a phone.
Any ideas would be surely appreciated.
