Need some halp with data2ext

Ok, I got data2ext all set up. All my apps installed and running. I flashed the Xionia 014 kernal to get some performance upgrades but it seems to have overwritten the data2ext zip and now all my apps show up in settings with a little SD card next to the name. All i have are the stock apps, no user apps, no Gapps. I haven't made a backup recently so I would lose almost everything if I had to start over. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Reinstall the zip via recovery, and that should get you going. You might need to run "data2ext --enable" again also.

Did that, no dice. I just ran a nandroid backup and everything is on sd-ext like it should be. It's like the link that the zip should be making from /data on the phone to /data on sd-ext isn't happening correctly, if at all.
