Internal memory full, how do I delete unused apps or data and free up space?

Internal memory full

I have a Vodafone tab 3g and I can't add spps or upload pics online due to full internal memory. How do I delete unused apps or data n free space?

Just in case you are still having this problem...go into system settings > applications > sort by size > open app settings > delete. You'll see the apps using the most memory at the top. If you'll also see system apps (apps pre-installed) that can't be deleted; however, if those cases, you can clear the cache to free up some space.
