I have a Galaxy Note 3 on Talkmobile network.

I have terrible data experience on my Note 3 mobile data. The symptoms are strange. My data will switch between H+ and H, at my work location. But at many times, even though these are present to indicate data connectivity, I will get no data. No webpages, whatsapp etc it won't work, blaming no mobile data. This ONLY happens at my work location. Occasionally it will come back, occasionally my phone will indicate zero data connectivity with the cross/circle. Restarting phone will work for about 2 minutes.

This did not happen when I first joined the network, it started about 6 months later progressively getting worse. Talkmobile uses Vodafone network. Vodafone is my company network, many people use it here. I suspect mast congestion?

I have been trying to solve this issue with Talkmobile for over 3 months now, and they won't admit fault they say everything is fine. Let me emphasise this only happens at work location, and it's intermittent. When my phone indicates data, it can be perfect 5/5 H+/H shown, but won't work! Then itll show disconnected and then itll come back.

    Tried:
sim in different phone (same thing)
    re-applying mobile data settings
Works OK in most other locations other than work location.

I'm stumped here, any ideas before I move networks?

Given the fact that you've had the same network experience on different phones, and after all the troubleshooting you've done so far, moving to a different service provider would be your best option imo. Seems to me that the network strength of your current provider is weak in your work area, either because of a lack of cell towers in that region or because of an overabundance of subscribers at your work which are taxing the network, as you've suggested. In that case, there's nothing you'll be able to do to improve on that. You'll just have to choose another provider with better coverage.

You may want to find out from other colleagues at your work with the same phone provider if they're encountering similar network issues. If so, then you'll be more certain that the problem is on your provider's end rather than yours.
