Create a Fan Theme with out it getting suspended

Seening all the cool themes out there i wanted to create one as well, so
recently i created a theme as my wife was a fan of hello kitty,
so i placed it on the market for others to enjoy.
Then it got suspended, and i received a warning that if this continues my account will get suspened as well.
How can i create Fan themes and put them on the market without them getting suspeneded ?

Do i have to specifically say there not official themes ?
please help.

They said which policy it was being suspended for, but each policy has servral issue which cover a huge area so i have no idea what it was suspended for !!! :-!

Sounds like it was copyright issues... you don't own the image, and the image has copyrights.

Halo. Got same situation on Amazon (they are verry sense about copyrights) try to describe that this is only Your fun interpretation or HK inspirred theme...
