Live Wallpaper Question

Hey guys i just got a samsung galaxy s2 from us cellular. I downloaded the city at night live wallpaper, but for some reason it shows the same background for each screen, like it doesn't pan across the whole picture like the video was doing.

Is it something in my settings that i need to change or what?

If it is anything like the Sprint Galaxy s 2 (as far as specifications it is), one of the latest updates, took away the scrolling wallpaper ability for the phone. Best bet is to download a replacement home launcher like ADW Ex, Launcher Pro, Go launcher and do the scrolling wallpaper through that.

If i was to download one of those launchers would it change a lot of the looks?
